Meditation, prayer & scripture daily is great for you. You can choose the amount of times that you need to connect daily. As this relates to your strength as this corresponds to your present day life style as well.
Kneeling to pray is excellent, but for an extreme & seriously heavy connection, you’re going to have to go flat on the surface!! You will feel a sense of relief once you finish a full prayer session!!!
Make sure that your family is secure, good friends and associates are valuable assets as well.
Our Creator knows our hearts. Be a blessing to someone less fortunate than yourself, remember a good soldier male or female is always ready for kingdom building work!! Sometimes you, I or we all may have to work in the Danger-zone!!
Each day that you awake is a new blessing! We`ve all taken some serious hits, But the highest & most supreme Vessel kept & maintained you!!
Be humble, but serious, His grace allowed all our steps to manifest into fruition.
